Check-In & Check-Out

Our standard check-in and check-out times are:

Check-in time: 11:00 AM onwards.
Check-out time: Before 9:30 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon arrival.

Booking Guidelines

A 50% advance payment is required at booking. A valid ID copy is mandatory at check-in. No smoking in rooms, pets welcome with prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Changes within 48 hours incur 1 night charge.

Code of Conduct & Liabilities

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests and staff. The hotel reserves the right to terminate accommodation in case of serious misconduct or violation of guest policies. Any damage to hotel property will be charged directly to the registered guest.
